ErgoDesk® Systems - high quality working environments

QUALITY POLICY
We are dedicated to provide solutions that meet internal and external customer expectations with regard to high performance and high quality. Each employee shall focus on quality in the daily work. Our work place shall be safe, and all our activities shall comply with statutory and regulatory requirements. We shall continuously maintain and improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.

Our operating philosophy, embodied in this quality policy statement, is based on five key components:

QUALITY PHILOSOPHY
Quality is the highest priority in all aspects of the company; development, manufacturing and sales.

COMMITMENT
We are committed to provide working environment designs that meet our customer’s expectations. We will achieve this by establishing and complying with a documented customer-focused quality management system, ensuring quality at every stage by focusing on ’hands-on’ operative methods and tools as the backbone of all transactions and traceability, establishing procedures and work instructions for major tasks, have a team-oriented structure working across functions and with a high degree of cooperation and focus on solutions, and conducting periodic quality audits and management reviews to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.

STANDARD OF SERVICE
We will provide our customers with working environments that meet contractual requirements and expectations for quality, timeliness, performance and cost. We will protect the confidentiality and integrity of our customer’s information and data.

OBJECTIVES
The objectives of our quality system are to supply working environments that meet customer expectations, hence:

 *to ensure quality in the working environments provided our customers;

 * to attain and maintain desired quality at an optimum cost through planned and efficient use of our people, and the technological and material resources available to us;

 * to reinforce our customer’s confidence that we are capable of providing working environments that meet quality expectations;

 * to ensure readiness for other projector solutions that may be requested by our customers in the future; and

 * to demonstrate to new customers that we have in place processes that ensure the quality of our products and services.


RESPONSIBILITIES
All employees are responsible for the quality in their own work. It is the responsibility of every employee to familiarize himself/herself with the contents of the quality manual and quality procedures, and to comply with them. All employees are responsible to improve both the effectiveness and efficiency of processes.
